The Sciences Po Cybersecurity Association is proud to receive Profesor Kulesza for an ONLINE webinar to discuss the application of international human rights law in cyberspace focusing on privacy, data protection, freedom of expression and intellectual property protection online.
She will answer questions on the limits of state jurisdiction online internet governance and conflicts of laws.Joanna Kulesza, PhD is a tenured Professor of Law and teaches International Law, Internet Governance and Media Law. Currently serving as a scientific committee member for the Fundamental Rights Agency of the European Union and for the At-Large Advisory Committee of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, she successfully combines academia with policy work. Since 2020 she co-chairs the Advisory Board of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise, working on cybersecurity capacity building.
