In collaboration with l’Association de l’École d’Affaires Publiques (AEAP), the Sciences Po Cybersecurity Association (SCA) is honoured to welcome General Naëgelen, Deputy Director of the French national cybersecurity agency (ANSSI), for a conference providing an overview of the cyber threat landscape.
This conference will take place on Thursday 30, 7:30 pm, in Sciences Po (room Jeannie de Clarens, 27 Rue Saint-Guillaume).

Colonel Emmanuel Naëgelen is a graduate engineer of the Air School (1991 “Captain Koenig” promotion). He also holds a Master’s degree (DEA) from Aix-Marseille University in complex systems economics and is a graduate of the War School.
At the beginning of his career, he served as an expert in information security within the Air Force. He then held executive positions in cybersecurity within the Ministry of Defense for several years.
In September 2016, Emmanuel Naëgelen became commander of the Air Orphans School, an institution of over 700 students. Two years later, he took over as head of Operations for the Cyber Defense Command (COMCYBER) of the Ministry of Defense.
In 2020, Emmanuel Naëgelen attended the national session on “digital sovereignty and cybersecurity” at INHESJ-IHEDN, and then became an industry advisor to Guillaume Poupard. He was appointed Deputy Director General of ANSSI in January 2021.
